Luke 10:25-28
King James Version
25 And, behold,
a certain lawyer stood up,
and tempted him, saying,
Master,
what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
26 He said unto him,
What is written in the law?
how readest thou?
27 And he answering said,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God
with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul,
and with all thy strength,
and with all thy mind;
and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 And he said unto him,
Thou hast answered right:
this do, and thou shalt live.
We shall find out, in the next posts, how committing everything to the LORD invites His blessing.
We shall also find out the results of not doing so.
Thus, we are inclined to review the faith of presidents, and nations.
Best of all, we do things for the LORD, with no thought of reward.
How many presidents, and nations, think that way?
That we offer our life, work, and dedication to the LORD first.
That we don't do anything, until, and unless we know GOD, through JESUS, first.
Only then can His SPIRIT come upon us, and guide us.
Then, our decisions will be godly, wise, and loving.
With no thought of self, only GOD, and others.
We see the world today, and we know it has not been the case.
To each his own.
Whether it be ego, policy, or agenda.
But this blog will show you what happens when we obey the LORD.
And commit everything for His GLORY.
True leaders and nations must honor GOD.
Otherwise, we perish.
